This fun Mommy & Me Class focuses on deep abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor strength. There is an emphasis on stretching for all those achy muscles related to pregnancy.
Through taking this class you will improve spinal alignment and help ease the strain of a changing body. We playfully use your child throughout the class as a way of bonding. Babies are often used as counter-resistance in bicep curls that end with a kiss or standing Plies that offer a little ride.
