There is no quick fix to breaking free from emotional eating because learning to love the body you live in is not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. No ONE diet is going to work for everyone.
Cultivating and nurturing a healthy relationship with food and exercise is KEY to having the life you imagine, where you’re not stressing about how you look in the mirror or feel on the inside.
