My RULE OF 3! Perfect to keep you from gaining weight during the holidays.
The rule of three is everywhere. We use it for survival, in business and now I am suggesting you use it to help manage your health and weight this holiday season.
The survival rule of 3:
– 3 minutes without air
– 3 days without water
– 3 weeks without food
The rule of 3 in business:
– 3 simple steps
– 3 parts to the presentation
MY WEIGHT MGMT RULE OF THREE:
– 3 DAYS
-3 POUNDS
-3 DAYS WITHOUT WORKING OUT
If you find yourself falling off the healthy eating bandwagon, the rule of 3 will get you back on track and not fall back into “old bad” habits (ie: back on sugar, haven’t worked out or your binge eating again)
You MUST make sure that on day 3 or pound 3 or binge 3 you can pull yourself out of your “rut” and go back to your basics.
Do ONE thing that will help you mentally and habitually snap out of it.
If you let yourself go past day 3 of overeating it becomes VERY difficult to climb out. It’s like that with almost any routine. It takes about a month to change a bad habit to a healthier one and just 3 days to fall back into the same rut. You feel what I’m sayin’?
