You might think “I don’t eat that much sugar,” but it’s everywhere and in most things.
We all crave sweet foods especially when there all up in your face like now.
Here’s why: Our tongues have a large amount of sweet taste buds, and they demand to be satisfied.
So how can we satisfy a sweet tooth without resorting to emptying the bowl of candy meant for our trick or treaters?

- Kit Kat Bar (3 pieces/210 calories): Run for 20 minutes or walk at a moderate pace for one hour.
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup (1 cup/105 calories): Cycling workout for 25 minutes or swim laps for 15 minutes.
- Almond Joy (1 bar/80 calories): 15 minutes of intense aerobics class or 30 minutes of yoga.
- Snickers (2 fun size bars/160 calories): Weight training for 45 minutes.
