This weekend I made some amazing new summer green smoothies that rocked my world. Obviously, I had to share them with you.
These concoctions are deliciously hydrating and packed with vitamins, mineral and super foods making them perfect for a hot summer day.
All you need is a good BLENDER OR VITAMIX and these ingredients:
Pina Colada:
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1-2 cups kale
Choc Cherry Pie:
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 1 banana
- 1 to 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1½ cups water or nut milk
- 1-2 cup greens (any dark leafy green)
Watermelon Ginger:
- 3½ cups watermelon
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup arugula
Fruity Green Tea:
- 1 1/2 cups of green tea (one mug full)
- a cup of blueberry organic Greek yogurt
- 1-2 cups of kale
- 1 cup of mixed berries
