1 head of cauliflower (chopped in food processor)
4 sun dried tomatoes finely chopped
Fresh basil
… juice of 2 limes
1 Hass Avocado
Sea salt
Vegan parma (or nutritional yeast to tase if you don’t have this)
Chop 1st two ingredients and place in bowl. Add the juice of 1/2 lime, some sea salt and vegan Parma to taste and blend well. Place avocado (ripe!!!), a bunch of basil leaves, and remainder of lime juice in food processor. blend well. Add to cauliflower mixture, combine well and add any additional seasonings to taste!!
Note: You could also add a zucchini chopped in the food processor to expand recipe and add more green. It will dilute the flavor of the sauce so expand sauce accordingly.
