Health Goals and Intentions Fen Shui style.
Where does your strength lie within achieving your health and wellness goals this year? Is it via your dedication, the support you have or your decision to take steps toward what you want to feel and be? Where do your challenges lie is it with clutter of space, old limiting beliefs, stress, etc? Why does a Feng Shui consultant ask this? Well, because your space is reflecting and affecting you. First focus on the positive and what you want and then know that you can utilize your space as another powerful ingredient to help you on your path of losing weight, healthier eating and living.
1. Focus on the positive first. What do you love about your kitchen or dining space and what in it promotes your positives? Is it Loni’s card on your fridge, the schedule of the yoga class you want to go, the design???
2. Do you have any clutter in your space, your kitchen or in your thoughts? Let go of old thing in and on the fridge, in any area and let go of old beliefs. How? Make the time 10 mins 5 days or 3 hrs on Sunday. Helps set a new pattern.
3. Does your kitchen or eating environment really promote health and mindful eating? Do you have calming colors, a space you love and feel calm, happy, at ease while eating? A few key things: have good lighting not to bright not too dime, calming colors of dishware blue and white, simple patterns, a good image or view of area that you eat at.
