How the Law Of Attraction Can Help You Lose Weight.
As a health coach who specializing in weight management you can imagine that I get the question, “what is the best way to lose weight” quite often. Clients want to know what is the best food, diet or that magic pill to help them finally take off those extra pounds. I always respond with this simple question…Do you truly believe you can lose weight? Imagine the looks I get with that. Well, it’s true. IF you do not believe you can you will not lose weight.
Sure calories in vs calories out play an important role yet the power of the law of attraction and positive thoughts play just as an important role. Just like every other aspect of the human existence, it is your belief system that serves as the foundation for your results. For that reason, don’t even start considering the details of how such weight loss is feasible if you are not even willing to consider it as a possibility.
For those of you still not with me, here’s a little more science for you.
Scientists have identified specific parts of the brain, such as the reticular activating system (RAS), which works with the visual parts of our brain to call our conscious attention to things that are important to reaching our goals and to filter out those things that are unimportant.
The RAS is activated by “programming” goals into our sub-conscious minds. Our subconscious mind is the “power center” and this is the mechanism that explains why goal setting and positive thinking are now being accepted as scientific methods for change.
With all that said here’s what is important to know. The subconscious mind takes your orders. It’s impartial so if you choose to believe you can lose weight or choose to believe its impossible your mind will act accordingly and thus having your body follow suit.
So if you are feeling wonderful, and thinking about how great your day is, and how you are going to feel a few pounds lighter the Universe attracts (returns) to you exactly what you are feeling –more days of joy, wonder and weight loss. What could be better than that??

The Law of Attraction Game
This “game” is definitely worth playing if you are serious about creating the life you want.
The equation is simple – our focus determines our vibration and our vibration allows or stops our desires to be met by the Universe. We are often telling our friends and family all the reasons we don’t feel good or we tell ourselves we can’t achieve. What if you reversed your focus and made a list of ten reasons to be in a good mood, every day?
The reasons for being in a good mood might change every day. It doesn’t matter what the reason, what counts is the “energy” behind this process. When your energy is focused on reasons to feel good, you tend to find more of those reasons — which is the proof that the Law of Attraction is at work.
