Learning to live in a body you love takes a lot of unraveling. Understanding how much we store in our center (shame, guilt, trauma, and fear) and how and why to effectively release that is a gift you deserve to receive.

Movement is a big passion point of mine…after all, movement is life.
You can do all of the clean and healthy eating in the world but if you’re not giving your body the physical energy it needs to burn calories, then you’re missing a vital piece of the puzzle.
Movement isn’t just about exercise or burning calories. Movement is about CONNECTION.
Movement doesn’t only change your body. The way you move your body has the power to transform your mind, your attitude, and your mood.
Movement is a MINDSET SHIFT.
The way I integrate movement in my practice is to enhance your life and Pilates is my go to. Pilates is a full body workout that strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
In Pilates we focus on moving from your core, the center of your being and when we can connect to this place on the mat we create the power to connect from this in everything we do in life. Life Enhancing!
